Police in Embu county,Embu West Sub-County have confirmed shooting dead two people who police claimed were robbers. They were allegedly robbing locals at gun point at night on July 14. According to Embu West subcounty police chief Julius Musyoka,the deceased were a part of a five man gang. Missing Voices could not independently confirm the claims. Police pursued the five men and shot two dead on July 15 at Njúkiri village while three escaped with gunshot wounds.
