Police confirmed killing one person in Zimmerman on Thika Super-highway at Kastemill area.
Police say the deceased was armed with a Beretta pistol. He was allegedly carrying a "43’’ flat screen television suspected to have been stolen from a house in Zimmerman.
Police say the deceased defied orders to surrender prompting the officers to shoot him dead.
