Police have confirmed shooting dead four armed youths in Turkana county, Turkana South subcounty,Lokwar village on August 1 2022. Police said the deceased were armed and were riding on a motorcycle at the time. Their three accomplices who were also armed escaped into a thicket. They recovered an AK-47 rifle with bolt number 03687 loaded with seven rounds of 7.62*39 mm and a red Honda motorcycle Reg. No. KMEN 596A. Bodies taken to Lodwar referral hospital mortuary.
