The material day of his death, he and other friends were enjoying themselves in a local pub in 3A when they started arguing with each other and the police passing heard someone call his name out, the police stopped and arrested him, he was asked his original name and the nickname. After identifying himself the police confirmed with a picture and a list they had and they called other police who had come after a discussion of the police, gun shot were had and Oscar was shot dead.
