A CCTV footage obtained by Citizen TV showed several men in police uniform entered Sian apartments in Kawangware at 5:45AM, where they got into Mukonyi house, ransacked it and arrested him.
They took him away as well as some of his belongings, including mobile phones, laptops and computers.
