Police have confirmed shooting Collins Ndobi, 25 who died on the spot in Kakamega county at Shamberere Technical and Training Institute the Monday, November 7.
Police from Kabras police station were called to rescue a student who was being attacked by a mob on suspicion of being a thief. Police claim that at the scene, the crowd was violent and attacked them. Police used live bullets to disperse the crowd shooting Collins Ndobi in the head.
